For security and verification purposes, we only store the last 4 digits of the card holder’s credit card number. All other customer data is stored on our 256-bit encrypted secure servers and is never shared with any other outside party. Bank account information is also stored on a private 256-bit encrypted secure server.

Q: How much are the service fees per ticket?
A: Service fee’s range from $0-$21.50 It depends on the price on the ticket. Example: on a $29.00 ticket, total fees would be $5.00. Often you will find ticket fees waived.

Q: How would I receive my tickets?
A: There is no charge for you to print your ticket(s) out utilizing your printer in the convenience in your home or office. Please follow the instructions during your check out.
